These LED bulbs are a simple, quick and direct replacement for your older style standard BA15S bulbs and have the additional benefit of reducing your power consumption to a much lower level to save your older wiring.

These are 16X5W (80W) Seoul Flat Chips LED Amber Bulbs with magnifying lens - much brighter than anything we have ever produced before. The bulbs are 55mm in length. These LED bulbs will not wash out your amber lens colour and will give you a brighter result than you get with standard filament bulbs. They can also be used behind clear lenses to great effect.

Available in Negative or Positive earth options. Please select the option and number required from the drop down menu.

If you do not have a suitable electronic flasher relay (and hazard relay where fitted) you may need to add one to ensure that these bulbs flash at the correct rate. Standard Thermal Flashers will not work with LED bulbs.

US red tail light conversion

I bought two of these as well as a two other amber coloured leds as an experiment. I want to put US style all red lenses back on my VW Fastback. After much research online I was no closer to knowing how to get red indicator lenses to show an amber indicator light, so to be legal here in the UK. I had tried a green lens between the lamp and lens,and also green leds, both were rubbish. So I bought some amber leds from Classic car leds. To cut a long story a little shorter, these leds are incredible (strangely the other amber leds I bought, do not work anywhere near as good) These shine an almost perfect amber light. With the light on, it's near impossible to tell that the light showing is through a red lens. I cannot recommend enough. Maybe they won't work for all red lenses but they are an excellent place to start. It's a shame I can't post a photo in this review. I'll see if Classic car leds has an Instagram page, and post a photo.
