Looking to improve your flasher relay performance or are you considering or have you added LED indicator bulbs?

These electronic relays will keep your flash rate constant and keep it standard even if the load on the circuit changes.  Standard relays will not flash at the correct rate with LED bulbs.

Suitable for many other classic or modern 12v cars or applications with standard filament / incandescent bulbs or LEDs or a mix of filament / incandescent bulbs and LED.

Compatible with most cars and bikes - not many electronic flashers have the OE clicking sound - these do at a similar level to old style relays.

Suitable replacement for Negative Earth 2 pin flasher or 3 pin with 49, 49a and 31 (Earth only) Connectors.  You will need to provide the earth connection for this relay to work (lead available as an option if requried at additional cost).  Positive Earth option available under our other items.

Easy Fit

After a quick simply change over from my old relay on my VW Beetle the new led indicators flash perfectly. Very pleased.

Perfect solution

I refurbished my rear light housings on my old 911 and decided to upgrade to led bulbs. The flasher unit is perfect solution as it allows for a mixture of indicator bulbs and is simpler and cheaper than adding load resistors.

Works fine but extra click

I bought two flasher units to upgrade my Spitfire this one and the 3 pin relay for indicator and hazards. Both units work for the indicator but this 2 pin unit always has an extra click a little after cancelling the indicator. The slightly more expensive cylindrical 3 pin unit doesn't do that. Didn't matter if part LED indicators or all LEDs, tried rewiring the earth just probably the internal capacitor discharging after a delay but me being a bit OCD it bugged me.

This issue is rare and normally caused by the switch itself.

Perfect indicator relay.

I ordered this to replace the original relay on my Triumph Tiger 885i to be able to upgrade to LED indicators. Not only does it work well and sound exactly like the original mechanical relay, but it has also fixed the problem with with my main beam flash switch not working (which has never worked since I got the bike). No idea if it is usual or just a Triumph thing to have the indicator relay control the lights as well.
